They arrived on time. They explained every aspect of the job clearly and the cost, up front so I knew what I needed to pay.The contractor inspected every room and pointed out where the problems were. The job took the time that had been quoted. After the initial clean, he showed me where he had cleaned before he fogged the whole place. Very friendly and knowledgeable person.

The communication, assistance and treatment by Restoration Pros was first-class and I was extremely pleased with their service.

Mick and Dan were great, they got the job done so quickly and the quality was AMAZING! My bathroom looks brand new again, I’m no longer embarrassed by the ugly mould. These guys were polite, friendly, and helpful, they informed me about getting a new exhaust fan for ventilation to prevent future mould and they did an overall great job! After a particularly damp period in our unit, we were distressed to find mould had found its way into our apartment. Restoration pros provided an extremely thorough and professional service the entire way. Jesse and Nick attended our service call and were fantastic. They took the time to clearly explain the process, the outcomes and what we could do in our unit to prevent mould from returning. They were also extremely patient with my two dogs who were very vocal while they were working. Huge thanks to the guys for their attention to detail and top class professionalism.

Ari and her colleagues are true profecionals, they verify the mould damage before they give you quote and explaining everything what need to be treated. Profecionaly treated and recover all required places and provide a guaranty for their work. Furthermore educate the people what need to be done not to allow further mould emergence and spread.
