Note. I felt like it was necessary to change the star rating I gave from a four to a five after requiring help from renovation pros again. A small spot was missed and someone is coming to wipe it down regardless of the fact that the mould is no longer active due to the fumigation. In the couple of weeks flowing treatment I’ve also found the 2 year warranty they provide invaluable, definitely an aspect of their service that I hadn’t yet considered at length before reviewing.The relief from the terrible mould we had is definitely five stars however the process is expensive and a couple of our paintings weren’t put back in place after the walls had been cleaned. It’s just me, not a strong female and my elderly dad in our home so it’s something difficult to manage. Otherwise the guys who came to do the mould removal were awesome, very kind and polite and helpful as was everyone we spoke to from restoration pros. The mould is gone and there are a few stains but mostly everything looks fine due to extensive cleaning this company does with squeegees. Due to the non toxic fogging you have to leave home for four hours to allow their solution to sink into the walls and everything including materials and furniture so you don’t have to wash anything or throw anything away.

So after a few hiccups at the start I can now only ever recommend this company as highly deserving of a five star rating. In fact they deserve many more stars. Their service was outstanding, from the admin team to the treatment provided. Professional, friendly, and highly experienced. Ari, the receptionist, was incredibly kind and supportive when I asked many questions about the ongoing mould issues.
